1. Preparation: Set the recipe parameters on the HMI.

2. Batching: The control system activates, and the metering pumps precisely pump latex, foaming agent, and vulcanizing agent.

3. Foaming: All raw materials and compressed air enter the foaming chamber, where the stirring motor rotates at high speed, whipping and aerating the mixture under constant temperature conditions.

4. Injection: After the set foaming time and pressure are reached, the injection valve opens, and the latex foam is injected into the mold.

5. Cleaning: After injection, the cleaning process automatically activates to clean the foaming chamber and piping, preparing for the next batch of production.
