Semi-automatic Top Quality Batch Foam Machine for Making Square Foam Block Workflow Overview
1. Preparation: PE film is laid in the foaming box and the lid is closed. The operator selects or enters the recipe for this production on the touchscreen.
2. Metering and Mixing: After the cycle is started, each metering pump precisely delivers the raw materials to the mixing head according to the recipe ratio. The high-speed agitator is activated to evenly mix the raw materials.
3. Pouring: The mixing valve opens, and the mixed liquid is evenly sprayed onto the film at the bottom of the box through the oscillating pouring spout. After pouring, the mixing head automatically cleans.
4. Foaming and Curing: The lid is closed, and the chemical raw materials begin to react inside the box, rapidly foaming and expanding. Within minutes, the entire box is filled and a large sponge block is formed. The curing phase then begins.
5. Demolding and Curing: The lid is opened, and using the tilting function on the bottom of the box, the operator drags the PE film to remove the sponge block and transports it to the curing area for storage.
6. Cutting: After curing, the sponge block is further processed using a horizontal and vertical shearing machine
