· Raw Material Storage Tanks: These are used to store liquid latex (natural or synthetic), soap (foaming agent), vulcanizing agents, accelerators, and other additives. These tanks are typically equipped with agitators to prevent raw materials from settling.
· Metering Pumps/Metering Systems: This is a critical component responsible for accurately delivering various raw materials to the next stage according to the preset formula ratio. This accuracy directly determines the quality of the foam and the final product properties (such as hardness and density).
· Piping and Valves: This is the piping system connecting the various storage tanks to the main machine. Pneumatic or electric valves control the opening and closing of these valves, enabling an automated process.
