Box Foaming Machine for making both of Round Foam block and Square foam block Foaming Box System
This is the "mold" where the chemical reaction occurs and the sponge block is formed.
· Box: A large rectangular metal box, typically made of steel or stainless steel. It has a hinged bottom that allows it to be tilted for easy removal of the sponge.
· Liner Bag (Film): This is a key component of box-type foaming. Before each production run, a soft plastic film (such as polyethylene film) is placed inside the box. It serves the following purposes:
· Anti-sticking: Prevents the sponge from sticking to the metal box during the foaming process.
· Ease of Demolding: After production is complete, the large sponge block can be easily removed from the box by pulling the film.
· Keeping the box clean.
· Box Lid: The foaming box typically has a lid that closes after the raw materials are injected. It provides insulation, dust protection, and helps maintain the shape of the top (although the top of the box-type foaming machine is a free-foaming surface and therefore uneven).
