Process

The raw material movement path is as follows: storage tank - filter - pump - piping - pneumatic steering valve - mixing chamber - pouring.

Operating Instructions

  3. Include one set of configuration instructions for this equipment (including frequency conversion instructions), one set of electrical drawings, and one set of mechanical assembly drawings.
  4. This equipment has a total power of 120 kW and is supplied with a three-phase, four-wire power supply voltage of 380 V AC at 50 Hz. The main electrical wiring for this equipment requires no less than 50 square feet of international standard copper wire. This should be increased appropriately based on the distance from the main power source. (The user is responsible for providing the power and water supply for the equipment.
Operational Parameters
Timing Screen: In automatic mode, the timing of each ingredient entering the mix is ​​directly affected by the foaming head. Generally, butter is used as a reference.Other ingredients can be added earlier or later, with flexible settings based on sponge density and the length of the pipe from the pneumatic valve to the cube.
Mixing speed: This is related to the internal foaming pressure, flow rate, and the reaction speed of the formula. Typically, it is 4000-5000 rpm.
Air setting: As air is added, the foam cells tend to become finer. However, when the air level reaches a certain level, the cells do not become finer and bean holes appear. Therefore, it is important to accurately control the air level, typically 50-150 rpm. Foaming Pressure: Increasing pressure increases the shear force of stirring, eliminating the number of initial nucleation sites and causing the foam cells to coarsen. Typically, this pressure is 1.8-2.4 atmospheres.
TDI Delay: This is the delay in TDI dispensing to prevent foam head burn. Typically, this setting is 0.1-1 second.
